The majority of “The Unconscious Mind” album was written by Adam Rose the Summer of 2022, a time where Rose explains he was feeling very clouded, “I was having a hard time communicating my emotions in my relationships, “The Unconscious Mind” was my attempt to convey how I felt through music”. In the beginning of 2023 while circling back to his work, Rose reflected with a full heart and clear mind on his emotions he unknowingly expressed and non-verbally transcribed within this album. "I Wanna Know" & "Après Moi, Le Déluge (Dis Bang)" were written in January of 2023 to complete the concept of the project. And the meaning… is for the listener to interpret.

“The Unconscious Mind” includes a production collaboration from Tracy Unknown and features from 12C, Emma June, and Victoria Rae. The project was mixed and mastered by Danny Werking aka Sydka.
